Outstanding membership renewals can be completed on Sunday 15th February and Sunday 22nd February, between 12:00 - 1:00pm
The renewal fee is £15, plus a £10 late fee (Cash Only)
Memberships not renewed by 22nd February will be considered lapsed

New membership cards are available from committee members. Submit the completed card with a passport-sized photo and £5 cash deposit
All applications must be submitted by Tuesday 3rd March

The scheduled date for the 2026 AGM is Sunday 29th March at 11:00am in the Concert Room
Entry to the meeting requires your green membership card stamped with the 2026 mark
The agenda will be posted in the club nearer the date however members can submit their 'Notice of Motion' to the Secretary up to 7 days prior to the meeting taking place
